- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Uttar BangalCrishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000

- S. 23The University shall consist of the following officers:— Officers of the (1) the Vice-Chancellor; University
- S. 24(1) The Governor of West Bengal shall be the Chancellor of the University

- S. 30(1) There shall be a Dean for each Faculty who shall be selected The Dean
- S. 31(I) There shall be a Director of Research who shall be a whole- time officer of the University
- S. 32(1) There shall be a Director of Extension Education who shall be a whole-time officer of the University

- S. 34(1) There shall be a Director of Farms who shall be a whole-time officer of the University

- S. 38The qualifications of Teachers, officers and other employees shall be determined by the Executive Council
