(1) The former University shall pay such amounts of all the funds, retained or deposited in favour of the North Bengal campus, regional research stations and sub-stations of Hill and Old Alluvial Zone and Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Kalimpong, to the University immediately after the appointed day, as the State Government may direct. 242 The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000. (2) If the former University receives on or after the appointed day any fund from any funding agency out of any previous sanction for the North Bengal campus, regional research stations and sub-stations of Hill and Old Alluvial Zone and Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Kalimpong under the former University, the former University shall transfer such fund directly to the University immediately. (3) The amount payable under sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) shall be in addition to the amounts transferred under section 58.
