Account information: email address and Cognito identity. Research activity: chat sessions, queries, and citation interactions, scoped to your account. Billing: subscription status and Razorpay payment-method tokens (we never see your card number — Razorpay tokenises everything on their side).
Operating the service. Improving answer quality through aggregate analytics. Sending account-related emails (login alerts, billing receipts). We do not sell or share your queries or research history with third parties.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which parts of the site get used. It sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_*) that recognise a returning browser. They hold a random identifier — not your name, email, or account.
Your questions are never sent to Google. Your search and chat text appears in the page address while you use the site, and we strip it out before any analytics event leaves your browser — the analytics record shows that a search happened and on which page, never what was asked. Answers, citations, and chat history are never shared with any analytics provider.
You can block these cookies with your browser settings or any ad blocker. Nothing on the site depends on them, so blocking them does not affect your account or your research.
All judgments DailyLaw.ai answers from are sourced from publicly available judicial data (AWS Open Data Registry — Indian Supreme Court and 25 High Courts). We do not host or redistribute private judgments.
Chat sessions are kept indefinitely while your account is active so you can return to past research. Delete a session at any time from the sidebar. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.
