For the purpose of recruitment of Teachers and officers of the Recruitment University, an advertisement shall be made at least in two leading by advertise- newspapers, and for the purpose of recruitment of other employees of the ment. University, the mode of advertisement shall be such as may be prescribed by the Executive Council.
