- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2020

- S. 16(1) The Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a Registrar who shall be a Physiotherapist

- S. 26(1) Every person eligible for registration under this Act shall apply for registration to the Registrar

- S. 29(1) The Council shall maintain separate registers in such form and contain such particulars, as may be prescribed

- S. 40(1) No person other than a person registered under this Act shall practice as a Physiotherapist
