(1) The Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a body to be known as the Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy to exercise the powers conferred on and to perform functions assigned to it under this Act. (2) The Council shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made there under to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and to enter into contracts and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
