(1) The Council may with the previous approval of the Government, appoint such other officers and employees other than the Registrar, as it may deem necessary, for performing its duties and discharging its functions under this Act. (2) The method of appointment, salary and allowances, discipline and other terms and conditions of service of officers and employees appointed by the Council shall be such, as may be prescribed.
