(1) The Council may frame regulations for determination of standards of education in the field of Physiotherapy required for granting recognized qualification in the State. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the regulations may provide for, - (a) the nature, period of study and of practical training to be undertaken before admission to an examination; (b) the equipments and facilities to be provided for students undergoing approved course of study; (c) the subjects of examinations and standards to be maintained; (d) any other conditions of admissions to examinations. (3) The regulations shall be forwarded by the Council to the Government for approval. (4) The Executive Committee shall from time to time report to the Council on the efficacy of these regulations and may recommend to the Council for such amendments thereof, as it may deem fit.
