No person, other than a Physiotherapist shall,- (a) hold office as Physiotherapist in the Government or in any institution maintained by a local or other authority; (b) practice Physiotherapy anywhere in the State and recover in respect of such practice any expenses or fees to which he may be entitled; (c) be entitled to sign or authenticate any certificate required by any law to be signed or authenticated by an Physiotherapist; (d) be entitled to give any evidence in any court as an expert under the Indian Evidence Act,1872 (Central Act 1 of 1872), on any matter relating to the Physiotherapy.
