(1) Every person eligible for registration under this Act shall apply for registration to the Registrar. (2) An application for registration shall be in such form and shall be accompanied by such fee, as may be prescribed. (3) Every person who applies for registration in respect of any additional recognized qualification shall pay such fee, as may be prescribed. (4) Any person whose application for registration is rejected by the Registrar, may, within three months from the date of such rejection, file an appeal to the Council and the decision of the Council thereon shall be final.
