(1) Where the name of any person has been removed from the register on any other ground except that he is not in possession of the requisite Physiotherapy qualifications, he may appeal to the Council in such form and manner along with such fee, as may be prescribed, within a period of thirty days. The decision of the Council shall be final. (2) No appeal under sub-section (1) shall be admitted if it is preferred after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of the order: Provided that, an appeal may be admitted after the expiry of the said period of thirty days, if the applicant satisfies the Council that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within the said period.
