- S. 3Establishes the Haryana Veterinary Council as a body corporate with perpetual succession and property rights.
- S. 4(1) The Council shall consist of the following members, n mtly (a) the Director,
- S. 5If not enough members are elected, the government can fill vacancies by nominating qualified veterinary practitioners.
- S. 6Section 6 allows the Council to permit members to take leave from meetings and mandates publication of elected or nominated members.
