If a person whoJe name is entered in the regiiter obtains any title or qualifications other than the title or qualifications in respect of which he has been registered, he shall, on payment of such fees as may be fixed in this behalf by regulation made undzr dame (b) of sub -section (/) of section 35, be entitled to have an entry stating such other title or qualifications made against his tame in the register, either in the sttbstite.ition for, r in addition to, any entry previonsly made.
