(I) Every Registrar of Deaths who receives notice of the death of a person. whose name he knows to be entered in the register shall forthwith transmit by post to the Registrar of the Council a certificate of such death, z,gried by him and stating particulars of the time and place of death, (2) On receipt or such certificate, or other ieliable information 're- garding death the Registrer siva era Retie name. j. the deteased person from the register. (3) Every person registered under this Act shad be exempt, if he so desires, from serving on any inquest.
