The Council shall have power to.call on the governing body or authorities of a veterinary college or school, Included in or desirous of being included in the Schedule- - (a) to Curnigh such reports, returns or other information as the Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the instruction given therein ; and (b) to provide facilities to enable a member deputed by the Council in this behalf to be. present at the exnatinadon held by such college or school.
