- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995

- S. 6(1) The University shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be open to all persons

- S. 14(1) There shall be a Dean for each Faculty who shall be chosen in such manner and for such period as may be prescribed
