The authorities of the University may make Regulations, not Regulations. inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the Statutes, for the purpose of— (a), laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum; and (b) providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes are required to be regulated by Regulations.
