- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (Amendment) Act, 1995

- S. 6(1) The University shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the statutes, be open to all persons

- S. 10(1) The Minister-in-charge of the portfolio of Agriculture in the State shall be the Pro-Chancellor of the University

- S. 22(1) The Academic Council shall consist of the following members, namely :- Constitution of Academic Council

- S. 28(1) The University shall have a General Fund to which shall be credited-- General Fund
- S. 29The University may have such other funds as may be prescribed by the statutes
- S. 30The funds and all moneys of the University shall be managed in such manner as may be prescribed
- S. 31The Government shall, every year make non-lapsable lump sum grants to the University as follows:- Grants
