The University shall consist of the following officers namely:- Officers of University (1) Chancellor ; (2) Pro-Chancellor ; (3) Vice-Chancellor ; (4) Registrar ; (5) Comptroller ; (6) Dean ; (7) Director of Research ; 10 (8) Director of Extension Education ; and (9) Such other persons as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the University.
