(1) Each college shall have a Dean who shall be a whole- time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. Dean. (2) The Dean shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning his college. (3) The Dean shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
