- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Haryana Sports Council Act, 2016

- S. 6(1) The State Sports Council shall meet at least twice in a year and the quorum shall be one-third of its total member

- S. 10(1) The District Sports Officer shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the District Sports Councils

- S. 16(1) The Corporation Sports Council shall be constituted as per the composition specified in Schedule-III

- S. 18(1) The Municipal Sports Council shall be constituted as per the composition specified in Schedule-IV

- S. 20(1) The Town Sports Council shall be constituted as per the composition specified in Schedule-V
- S. 21—
- S. 22(1) The Block Sports Council shall be constituted as per the composition specified in Schedule-VI

- S. 44(1) A member may, by writing under his hand, addressed to the State Government, resign from his office at any time
