(1) There shall be an Executive Committee of the District Sports Council consisting of its President, Vice-President, Secretary and two members to be nominated by the President of District Sports Council from among its members, of whom one shall be a woman. (2) The Executive Committee shall discharge such functions and perform such other duties, as may be entrusted to it by the District Sports Council, from time to time.
