There shall be an Executive Committee for every Municipal Sports Council consisting of its President, Vice-President, Secretary and two members of whom one shall be a woman, out of the nominated members of the Municipal Sports Council. The members of the Executive Committee shall be nominated by the President of the Municipal Sports Council in consultation with the Vice-President of the Municipal Sports Council.
