(1) Any sportsperson may register as a sportsperson in the District Sports Council and any application for such registration shall be submitted to the District Sports Council in such manner and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed to avail benefits, cash award, prizes and other facilities. (2) The terms and conditions for registration as sportsperson and the procedure to be followed by the District Sports Council in this behalf and the privileges of such sportspersons shall be such, as may be prescribed. (3) Any person aggrieved by any decision of the District Sports Council, with regard to the registration of sportsperson, may file an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal within such time and in such manner alongwith such fees, as may be prescribed and the decision of the Appellate Tribunal thereon shall be final.
