There shall be an Executive Committee for every Block Sports Council consisting of its President, Vice-President, Secretary and two members of whom one shall be a woman, out of the nominated members of the Block Sports Council. The members of the Executive Committee shall be nominated by the President of the Block Sports Council in consultation with the Vice-President of the Block Sports Council.
