- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992

- S. 6The Board shall have its headquarters at such place as maybe notified by the Government in the Official Gazette

- S. 12No business shall be transacted at a meeting of the Board unless at least one-third of the total members are present

- S. 23The Government shall appoint a person to be the Secretary to assist the Board in carrying out the purposes of this Act

- S. 38(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act
