(1) No suit shall be instituted in a court of law against the Board or authority or any member or an officer or an employee Communication of resolution to the Government. Powers of the Government to suspend or cancel resolution of the Board. Power of the Government to givedirections. Appeal. Certain persons to be public servants. Protection of action taken in good faith. Bar on suit in absence of notice. thereof for anything done or purported to be done under this Act until a prior notice of two months in writing has been given to the Board, authority, member, officer or employee, as the case may be. (2) No such suit shall be instituted in a court unless it is instituted within six months from the date of accrual of cause of action.
