(1) The term of office of members other than the Ex- officiomembers, shall be three years. (2) If a member of the State Legislative Assembly nominated to the Board by the Speaker ceases for any reason whatsoever, to be a member of the Legislative Assembly, he shall also cease to be a member of the Board. (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, a member whose term of three years has expired, shall, unless Government otherwise directs, continue to hold office till his successor is nominated.
