- S. 1(0) This Act may be called the Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University Short ute and (2) It shall cone into force at onc

- S. 4The objects of the University shall be, (i) to undertake study
- S. 5The University shall have the following powers and functions
- S. 6() The University shall not disCiminate against any perSon on ihe ground of rel1gion, race, class, colour
- S. 7(/) The Uiversity shall exerCIse its jurisdiction within its Campuses
- S. 8The followmg shall be the officers of the University
- S. 9Subject to the provisions of this Act, the mode of appointment of the officers of the Iniversity
- S. 10(7) The President shall be the Chan ellor of the University
- S. 11(1) The Vice C} nendation of the Tr neellor shall be appomted by the Chancellor on the 1 Eon such terms and conditi
- S. 12) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Syndicate
