(/) The Uiversity shall exerCIse its jurisdiction within its Campuses. (2) Notwithstand1ng anything contained in sub-section (), the Trust of University, may set-up and manage institutions outside the jurisdiction of the (ampuses of the University and the institutions so set-up and run, shalI I be deemed to bc constituent units of the University, irrespective of the fact that the area with1n which, such instututions are set-up and run, tall within the territorinl jurisdiction of any other University, Board or any other affiliating body. (3) After its establishment, the University shall affiliate to it only that other cducational or professional institution, established, run or managed by the Trust or the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, with regard to the affiliation of which, a specific decision is taken by the Trust, and not otherwise
