- S. 13(i) All teaching in the University shall be done by teaching appointed by the University in accordance with the regula

- S. 15The Governor of Nagaland shall be the Visitor of the University

- S. 20(1) Subject to the foregoing provision, the Vice Chancellor shall preside over the meetings of the Acadenuc Council
- S. 22(1) The Registrar shall be the ex Officio Secretary of all the Councils of the University under the Act
- S. 23(i) There shall be the following full time Director (s) who shall be appointed by the Chancellor
- S. 24( 1 ) TheDirector- in-Charge of operation in the State ofNagaland shall be a member of all Council of the University
- S. 25( 1 ) There shall be a full time Finance Oficer for the University who shall be appointed by the Chancellor
