( 1 ) There shall be a full time Finance Oficer for the University who shall be appointed by the Chancellor. (2) The Chancellor, on his subjective satisfactionmay replace the F ' i c e Officer by any other Officer in the employment of the University or by special recruitment, in which case the outgoing Finance Officer, if he is considered fit, shall be assigned some other duties in the University.
