- S. 12The General Council shall be the apex authority of the University

- S. 14(1) The term of office of the members of the General Council shall be five years

- S. 17(1) The Executive Council shall be the chief executive body of the University

- S. 19(1) The term of office of members of the Executive Council shall be three years

- S. 23The Academic Council shall be the academic body of the University

- S. 39(1) The annual accounts of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Executive Council
