(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (a) the Chairman, (b) the Director, (c) two members to be nominated by the Executive Council from amongst its members, (d) one member to be nominated by the State Government from amongst the members of the Executive Council, who is an officer of the State Government. (2) The term of member of the Finance Committee shall be three years. (3) A member shall cease to be a member of the Finance Committee, if he ceases to be a member of the Executive Council or if he ceases to hold the post of the Chairman.
