(1) All recognised teachings in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted, under the control of the Academic Council, by the teachers of the University in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the regulations. (2) The courses and curricula of teaching, and the authorities responsible for organising such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
