- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021

- S. 3(1) There shall be a University established by the name “The Gujarat Ayurved University”

- S. 8(1) The jurisdiction of the University shall extend to the whole of the State of Gujarat
- S. 9(1) The Governor of the State of Gujarat shall be the Chancellor of the University

- S. 15(1) The Board of Governors shall be the supreme authority of the University

- S. 25(1) There shall be a Board of Studies for every subject or group of subjects as may be prescribed by the regulations
