(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: - (i) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the ex-officio Chairman of the Committee; (ii) one member of the Board of Governors, to be nominated by the Board of Governors; (iii) one Director, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; and (iv) One expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board of Governors. (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee. (3) The term of the office of the nominated member shall be three years.
