(1) Every affiliated college and institution shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Board of Governors, after consulting the Academic Council, may require in order to judge the efficiency of such college or institution. (2) The Board of Governors shall cause every such college or institution to be inspected from time to time by the Inspection Committee as constituted by the Vice-Chancellor. (3) It shall be the duty of the Inspection Committee on the direction of the Board of Governors in this behalf, to inspect an affiliated college or institution and make a report to the Board of Governors. (4) The Board of Governors may call upon the college or institution so inspected, take, within a specified period, such action as may appear to it to be needed in respect of any of the matters referred to in section 30.
