- S. 1(I) This Act may be called the DAV University Act, 2012

- S. 8(1) The Governor ofPunjab shall be the Visitor ofthe University

- S. 13(I) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such manner, as may be prescribed
- S. 14(1) The University may appoint such other officers, as it may deem necessary for its smooth functioning
