Any authority of the University may make regulations consistent with the provisions of this Act, the statutes and the ordinances for,- (i) laying down the procedure to be observed at its meetings and the number of members required to form 4a quorum; (ii) giving notice to its members of the dates of meetings and the business to be considered at meetings, and for keeping the record of the proceedings of the meetings; and (iii) providing for all matters, which by this Act, the statutes or the ordinances, are to be provided by the regulations.
