(1) The University may appoint such other officers, as it may deem necessary for its smooth functioning. (2) The manner of appointment of such other officers of the University and their powers and functions shall be such, as may be prescribed. PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. The following shall be the authorities ofthe University, namely:- the Governing Body; the Board of Management; the Academic Council; the Finance Committee; and Authorities of the University. such other authorities, as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities ofthe University.
