- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Orissa Act, 2010

- S. 3The Sponsor shall have the right to establish the University in accordance with the provisions of this Act
- S. 4(1) The Sponsor shall establish an endowment fund in accordance to the provisions of section 43

- S. 17(1) The appointment of the Registrar shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed

- S. 25The constitution, powers and functions of other authorities of the University shall be such, as may be prescribed
