(1) The Board of Management shall consist of — (a) the Vice-Chancellor; (b) the Registrar; (c) two members of the Board of Governor, nominated by the Sponsor; (d) three persons, who are not the members of the Board of Governor, nominated by the Sponsor; and (e) two teachers, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor. (2) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairperson of the Board of Management and the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Board of Management. (3) The powers and functions of the Board of Management shall be such, as may be prescribed.
