(1) The University may, from time to time, prepare its fees structure in accordance with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the U.G.C. and other Regulatory Bodies depending on the course in which the students seek admission. (2) The University shall not charge any fees, by whatever name called, other than that for which it is entitled under sub-section (1). (3) The University shall implement a scheme for providing concession in fees to the University by the students belonging to Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes Community and Economically Weaker Sections from the State of Orissa.
