- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Centurion University of Technology and Management, Orissa Act, 2010

- S. 3The Sponsoring Body shall have the right to establish the University in accordance with the provisions of this Act
- S. 4(1) The Sponsoring Body shall establish an endowment fund in accordance with the provisions of section 44

- S. 10The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, caste, creed, religion, language, domicile and gender

- S. 18(1) The appointment of the Registrar shall be made by the President in such manner as may be prescribed
