The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:— (a) the President; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; (c ) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Deans of Schools; (f) the Finance Officer; (g) the Controller of Examinations; and (g) such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
