- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Haryana
- S. 2In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Def ons
- S. 3Section 3 allows the Haryana State Government to declare certain areas as industrial estates and transfer plots or buildings on prescribed terms.
- S. 4Section 4 empowers the Haryana State Government to issue directions for industrial estate development, including architectural and plot use regulations.
- S. 5Section 5 regulates the construction and occupancy of factory buildings in Haryana industrial estates by setting rules for materials, ventilation, and other building aspects.
