(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against Protection of action the Chief Administrator, Estate Officer, or any other.person acting under their taken in good faith direction in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules, directions or orders made there- under. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Govern- ment, Chief Administrator, Estate Officer or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules, directions or orders made thereunder.
