(2) Save as aforesaid, the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law. (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in any such other law- - (a) when permission required under this Act for doing any act or taking any action in respect of any area has been obtained, such act or action shall not be deemed to be unlawfully done or taken by reason only of the fact that permission, approval or sanction re- quired under such other law for doing such act or taking such action has not been obtained; ( b) when permission required under this Act for doing such act or taking such action has not been obtained, such act or action shall of ether 744 HARYANA GOVT GAZ.
