(1) There shall be a fund of the Council to be known as the Council's Fund to which shall be credited all grants received from the Central Government or from the State Government or from other regulatory authorities from time to time. (2) The Council's Fund shall also be credited with fees or subscriptions as may be received for the purpose of conducting Common Entrance Examination referred to in the forgoing provisions of this Act.
